suing my auto insurance company?

2 weeks ago I hit a ghuard rail and then went on top a small hill of dirt off the road which had a tire laying there and I went on top of that. Anyhow, the police came and gave me a report. the officer saw fluid leaking from under the car and my check engine light went on and the engine started to shake. The insurance company sent an appraiser to my house took pictures and didn’t even note the 2 flat tires and the paid me 600.00 for body damage and nothing for the mechanical. 4 days later the insurance company had me drive the car to a repair shop and the placed the car on a life, the appraiser took pictures and said their is nothing broken or cracked and whatever damage there is it’s from before and he wrote payment denied to mechanical by the lehigh appraisers. the car is leak oil, transmission and coolant fluids and can’t go above 5 miles an hour. Can I sue, I have compreshive insurance with 100 deductibile. What about the appraiser what can I do there. Can he say not to pay.
I would like to present the case in court myself. I never heard of an appraiser writing not covered and will not be paid. My car had no mechanical damage at all before the accident and was riding perfect.
Keep in mind I was the only car involved in the accident and I do have full coverage with a 100.00 deductibile.
